If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. To begin a return, please follow this link and fill out the form.

Conditions & Exclusions
  • Items must be in like-new condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and included materials must be returned.
  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@thesimplestore.com.
Return Shipping Fees (per unit)
  • All Chairs -- $50 flat rate
  • Standing Desks -- Label fee
  • Mobile Storage Lockers -- Label fee
  • Small Accessories (Headrests, Desktop Power)-- $10 flat rate
  • Large Accessories (Monitor Arms) -- $15 flat rate

We offer two types of return shipping fees to keep things simple: flat rates and label fees. Flat rate returns are charged at the dollar amounts listed above. For other items, we provide a pre-paid shipping label and charge a label fee based on the cost of that label. Whether it's a flat rate or a label fee, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund and is applied per item returned.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please take images to document the issue then contact our support team within two days by emailing hello@thesimplestore.com.
Once you're in touch with us, provide photos of both the damaged product and the box it arrived in, along with a brief description of the issue(s). This will help our team assess the situation and determine the best way to assist you, ensuring your satisfaction with Simple’s product(s).
