Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions & Exclusions are as follows:

  • Items must be in like-new condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and included materials must be returned.
  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@thesimplestore.com.

Return Shipping Fees (per unit) are as follows:

  • All Chairs - $50 flat rate
  • Desks and Tables (tops and legs) - Label fee
  • Mobile Storage Lockers - Label fee
  • Small Accessories (Headrests, Desktop Power) - $10 flat rate
  • Large Accessories (Monitor Arms) - $15 flat rate

Flat rate returns are charged at the dollar amounts listed above. For other items, we provide a pre-paid shipping label and charge a label fee based on the cost of that label. Whether it's a flat rate or a label fee, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund and is applied per item returned.

To start a return, first fill out a return form found here: https://thesimplestore.com/pages/return-form. Next, you can begin repackaging the product back into the original packaging. If your return is approved, we will provide you a return label that is to be printed and attached to the box. Last, drop off the box at the appropriate location shown on the turn label or schedule a pickup. Please note that Simple does not schedule or cover the cost of return pickups. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving approval for a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at hello@thesimplestore.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be prepared to provide images.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less the flat rate or label fee, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@thesimplestore.com.
